BBQ CHICKEN RECIPE

BBQ Backed Chicken or Turkey Legs.   Mix a fresh egg and half cup of milk together with a dash of salt and a dash of pepper.  Moisten the chicken with the mixture and then using a basting brush, brush the chicken with the BBQ sauce.  Bake at 375 for one hour, leaving the chicken covered with aluminum foil the first 45 minutes of cooking. 15 minutes before done, baste the chicken with more BBQ sauce and leave the chicken to cook uncovered till finished.

If fixing Turkey Legs, add an additional 20 minutes to cooking time.
