NicoDemons come in many guises.
We all know, in reality, that what we are calling our NicoDemon is actually the nicotine habit controlling our minds. Projecting that habit as a beast or baddy within, one to be fought and defeated, has proven helpful to countless warriers fighting the quit smoking battle. I've ask other quitters to share their vision of their NicoDemons. Viewing others NicoDemons might help you to put a face to yours!

Sooooo there you have my nicodemon.....take my pic, fatten me and put a cig in my mouth and you have it ;) I always considered it a monster that was just another part of me. And who could forget the handsome hunk who stood for the rugged outdoors and appealed to both men and women alike! I'd say he was definitely instrumental in my getting hooked on smoking in the 1960s as a young teen who loved horses and cowboys! Of course, it was another NicoDemon lie, as two "Marlboro" men, Wayne McLaren and David McLean, discovered not long before they both died of lung cancer.

To my fellow Junique Junopers...and other old friends in Forum. I just wanted to let you know that
I can't get into the forums. Try as I might, I can't remember my original login, so I created a new login with my second email address, and was able to post my 2 year milestone on June the 8th.
However, since then, I've not been able to log back in. I must have written something wrong in the user name and/or password. I've tried asking for my password by answering my sercret quesiton, but to no avail.. So instead I'll have to use this way to say howdy to everyone. If someone who knows me see's this would you post a howdy to everyone and say thanks for the nice response to my milestone post in the olbies thread?
