NicoDemons come in many guises.
We all know, in reality, that what we are calling our NicoDemon is actually the
nicotine habit controlling our minds. Projecting that habit as a
beast or baddy within, one to be fought and defeated, has proven helpful to
countless warriers fighting the quit smoking battle. I've ask other
quitters to share their vision of their NicoDemons. Viewing others
NicoDemons might help you to put a face to yours!

Larry said His NicoDemon is evil incarnate - dark, powerful - a very strong foe. His avatar shows the White Knight preparing to deliver a victorious blow - slaying the Nicodemon once and for all. |

Akalina says: Since i quit the nicodemon was just me.....fat....and smoking with my eyes void. Sooooo there you have my nicodemon.....take my pic, fatten me and put a cig in my mouth and you have it ;) I always considered it a monster that was just another part of me. The part of me that i didn't want predominant anymore. Confusing ? Maybe...... |

My demon is dark and ugly....I'm terrified of him, but have managed to keep my heel on his neck so far. Just thinking of this evil thing whispering to me makes me strong........ |

Grace says her NicoDemon used to wear a disguise of great beauty, but I have now exposed him for what he really is....a disgusting, bad mannered, evil little twit who sucks the life out of unwitting victims. And plenty of witting ones, too. |

My NicoDemon is strong and fierce. Always lurking in the shadows waiting for any weak moment or thought, but little does he know I am stronger than him, and I have come out of the shadows where he held me captive. Lady Di

Quit Smoking June 8, 2005
Last updated: July 8, 2007!
A MESSAGE TO THE JUNIQUE JUNOPERS AND
all my other olbie friends in the forum!
| To my fellow Junique Junopers...and other old friends in Forum.
I just wanted to let you know that I can't get into the forums. Try as I might, I can't remember my original login, so I created a new login with my second email address, and was able to post my 2 year milestone on June the 8th. However, since then, I've not been able to log back in. I must have written something wrong in the user name and/or password. I've tried asking for my password by answering my sercret quesiton, but to no avail.. So instead I'll have to use this way to say howdy to everyone. If someone who knows me see's this would you post a howdy to everyone and say thanks for the nice response to my milestone post in the olbies thread? And I want to say congratulations to all my fellow Junique Junopers who made it to their 2 year mark and beyond! |
